On 24 November 1719, Samuel Abbot and Joyce his wife; Joseph Parmenter and Lydia his wife; and William Rice and Martha his wife "convey all our right to Hon'd father Edmund Rice's estate in Sudbury or elsewhere to our brother, Jason Rice."8
