     Texas Hulen Stevens was born on Mar 27, 1872 at DeWitt County, Texas. He married Nancy Elizabeth Byars, daughter of Joseph J (P) Byars and Saphronia Caladonia Fatheree. Texas Hulen Stevens died on Apr 4, 1932 at age 60. He was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lavaca County, Texas.

She married James Pinkney Hodges, son of Daniel (Progenitor) Hodges and Francis Caroline Wofford, on Dec 13, 1889 at Stratton, DeWitt County, Texas. Talitha Nora Hodges died on Jan 18, 1904 at Morales, Jackson County, Texas, at age 31 in childbirth and was buried at Alexander Cemetery.
     She 's name is Talitha Neal Rice on both probate birth records of Lola Ann Hodges and Charlie Allison Hodges. Her picture is in the DeWitt County History Book.

     Constancia E. (Connie) Williams was born on Aug 2, 1872 at DeWitt County, Texas. She married James Terry Garrett, son of William Mansfield Garrett and Margaret Ann Byars, on Dec 12, 1894. Constancia E. (Connie) Williams died on Aug 6, 1906 at age 34.

     Marshall Jerone Cooper was born on Aug 23, 1872 at McDade, Bastrop County, Texas. He married Mary Adeline "Addie" Rice, daughter of Oren Adelbert Rice and Mary Alice Hodges, on Feb 7, 1900 at Cuero, DeWitt County. Marshall Jerone Cooper died on Jul 1, 1961 at Houston at age 88. Marshall Jerone Cooperare listed in City Directory in in 1935 at at Houston. The 1940 Federal Census enumerated him as head of household on Apr 25, 1940 Houston; highest grade in school 3, owned house, value $750; retired, Jewel worked at a box factory, laying cleats, highest grade in school 6. He and Mary Adeline "Addie" Cooperare listed in City Directory in in 1942 at at Houston; with daughter, Jewell.

     Susie L. Courtney was born on Sep 4, 1872 at Marathon, New York. She died on Jul 7, 1970 at Upper Lisle, New York, at age 97.

     Truman McClellan Wilson was born on Oct 22, 1872. He married Anna Mae Rowland on Dec 31, 1901. Truman McClellan Wilson died on Oct 22, 1972 at Lowell, Ohio, at age 100.
     He served during Co. D, 7th Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry member of Marietta Camp No. 102, United Spanish War Veterans.

     Mary Elizabeth Byars was born on Dec 16, 1872 at Hays County, Texas. She died on Aug 18, 1911 at Austin, Travis County, Texas, at age 38. She married Tom Green Patton.

     Effie B. Wilt was born on Jan 11, 1873. She married Charles Thompson. Effie B. Wilt died on Oct 12, 1960 at age 87.

     Oliver James (Ollie) Rice was born on Mar 3, 1873 at DeWitt County, Texas. He married Lou Mills on Dec 29, 1892. Oliver James (Ollie) Rice died on Aug 13, 1895 at Hamilton County, Texas, at age 22 Obituary:
Ollie Rice departed this life August 13th, 1895, in Hamilton County Texas. Ollie was a noble man; was born in DeWitt County Texas, in March 1873, where he lived until 1894, when he moved to Hamilton County. To say that Ollie Rice was liked by all who knew him would hardly state the facts. He was honorable, industrious, sober and in every respect a perfect gentleman. He leaves a wife and one child, a father and mother, two brothers, five sisters and a host of friends to mourn his death. (Signed) A Friend.

     Clema Massie was born in 1874 at Indiana. She married Caleb Oliver Stapp in 1892. Clema Massie died in 1905 at Texas.
     She had a sister who married Tastus Hedges, a teacher at Pilgrim Lake, TX.

     James Thomas Pollard was born on Jan 9, 1874 at Texas. He died on Sep 3, 1876 at Van Zandt County, Texas, at age 2.

     James Terry Garrett was born on Jan 26, 1874. He married Constancia E. (Connie) Williams on Dec 12, 1894. James Terry Garrett married Elizabeth Dubose in 1909. James Terry Garrett died on Jun 17, 1946 at age 72 and was buried at Hebron Cemetery.
